Yes u cn try conceiving..but at ur age its advisable to do few preliminary blood tests prior to trying.. Also it would be better to start with ovulation induction at the first cycle itself so that u conceive fast. Also u should know that this pregnancy ll be a high risk pregnancy as maternal and fetal complications increase with advanced maternal age.
