My wife is in 34 weeks of pregnancy her afi is 7cm and cervical length is 2.6 cm dr has suggested complete bed rest and progestogen inj for 15 days what are the chancea of normal delivery and can afi and cervical length increase for afi she is taking aminofit forte

Afi and cervical length doesn't increase.. Also if cervical length is less then chances of normal delivery are more. At 34 weeks more than cervical length it matters whats the dilatation of cervix.
