I had unprotected sex one day before my menstrual cycles and also took unwanted-72 within 20 hours but now it has been 1 week and i still have no signs of mensurations...

Is your menustrual cycle regular ? without that we wont be knowing  one day before. If you have taken tab within 20hrs and never had sex again ,itz unlikely that you are pregnant. The delay may be because of tablet also.However you can do a pregnant test after waiting for 7days from expected date of normal menses
