Hello, I'm on medication for pcos, and I'm loosing weight too I already have one child 3 yrs. I diagnosed pcos last month I do have irregular periods once in two months. What would be chances of pregnancy ?

If you do not have regular monthly periods, you are probably not ovulating regularly, in which case conceiving may be difficult, depending on sporadic episodes of ovulation. Please see a gynaecologist for relevant tests. Ovulation can be induced with medication, if needed.
