Hello, i m 13weeks pregnant. In scan, my placenta just covers the internal os. Doc said as the uterus expands, it wil move away from cervix. Plz clear my doubt that Wat if the uterus expands, any chances of migration of placenta towards the cervix instead of away, covering it fully(complete placenta previa) Kindly reply. Thanks
