Pregnancy HCG level low

Missed period by 1 week now but home UPT test on Nov 23rd was negative. I usually have regular cycles. Got HCG done on 23rd Nov and value is 6.8. will repeat the same after 48hrs. May I know what are the chances of this pregnancy?
