Pregnancy during typhoid infection

I was diagnosed with typhoid and I took treatment for it for last 20 days. But today I came to know about my pregnancy and after sonography it's confirmed that I am 6 weeks pregnant. That means I took typhoid treatment during my pregnancy. Now should I go with pregnancy or do abortion? Please suggest.

I dont think the treatment would affect pregnancy...  Continue the pregnancy.. If in case during routine follow up scans the sonologist finds any issue,  then think about abortion..
