Can transabdominal ultrasound show pregnancy at 5 or 6 weeks?? i recently did one and no pregnancy was seen and all my home pregnancy tests are negative. Which test is most accurate for pregnancy detection?

You said that "Trans-Abdominal ultrasound scan didn't pick up the pregnancy at 5-6 weeks" . All your home pregnancy tests are negative. It is the same thing . Where is the problem ?
