Pregnancy cramps at 4 weeks

I am 4 weeks preganant. Hsg value is 472 I feel light leg cramp and lower abdomen cramp like periods sometimes in a day. Is this normal or anything to worry? My gynaec suggested early scan at 6th week Pls suggest me
