Pregnancy continued after taking mtp kit

I was 2 weeks pregnant, simce we were not planning kid so doctor gave mtp kit. i had bleeding and cramps. After 10-15 days, we visited doctor again and now she is saying that pregnancy didn't aborted and i have live baby inside me. fUrthermore she is suggesting d & c. How can i make sure that doctor is not doing procedure properly. Any suggestions?
