I had my last period on Oct 4th and today I took the pregnancy test and it's positive .Should I wait for 2 more weeks for ultrasound scanning or visiting a doctor at this time will be helpful since it's just 1 month 5 days

You should meet to gynaecologist for medicine.Get done TSH level.You have to start folic acid.After one week get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and position of the pregnancy.
