Hi doc .now  7th week pregnancy to me... Due to excess of heat..I got cold ,throat pain,burning eyes, shall I use coldact or dolo650 in pregnancy??? Is there any harm if i use

You can use paracetamol (dolo650) .in case of fever.other wise take supportive measures...like ginger tea,warm saline gargles, rest.
Next Steps
you ll feel better in a day or two if no relief or gets worsen consult.
