Pregnancy Checklists

Many people say that once or twice is enough for scans during the whole pregnancy journey, as it is harmful. If the pregnant woman is healthy then no need to show a doctor every time at regular intervals.  Also some say consuming supplement type medicines like iron, calcium, vitamins, protein, etc is not required just eat proper food.  How true is it, please request to provide an honest reply.

You have to be very regular with your check up during pregnancy. At least once every month Regular ultrasound scan  to determine  any abnormalities  . You have to take regular  iron and Calcium supplements  too
