I take tab  dydroboon 10 mg twice a day... My last lmp 01/11/24...now I am 14 weeks of pregnancy... Before I had pcod... Now I feels very bloated and also feels suffocated...all time stomach fullness and bloated... Is this cause of this medicine Now what can I do Can I continue pan d tablet this time Please suggest what can I do.

Add enzyme preparation such as Aristozyme 2tsf tds. Take small meals at small intervals. Avoid refined carbohydrates. Take fibre rich diet. Morning walk daily. Avoid tea and coffee.
