Pregnancy at 7 week - no hungry

Hi, I have 3.5 years old son, now i am second time pregnancy of 7 week . I do not feel hungry, vomit, pregnancy symptoms. But  result is positive,also consulted.May i know why i do not feel hungry?

Its normal few doesnt have hunger and due to nausea feeling and hormone level so dont worry do scan
