Yes it usually works Normally in a 30 day regular cycle ovalution happens between day 8 to 18 counting from day one of the periods U can also fr an ultrasound called follicular monitoring Or use these ovalution strip kits Trying to prevent a pregnancy using safe n unsafe days is a method with very high failure rate
