Pregnancy and ovarian cyst
Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant with healthy growing baby but in my first scan a complex cyst has been found somewhat attached to my left ovary it's not completely attached, I have my appointment scheduled but I am really worried if its something wrong! Please give some opinions

Management depends on the size of the cyst and symptoms
If it is small then no need to do anything just monitor for every 4-6 wks and usually regress after pregnancy nothing to do
If it is large causing pain and discomfort needs intervention
