Pregnancy 7th month
Hi,
I am in 7th month pregnancy, now taken GTT test where found raised sugar level, but before food nd after food, it's normal, after taking 75g glucose empty stomach sugar level raised according to GTT test, I am taking Himalaya Gasex syrup for digestion, do it will also effect sugar level, should I continue this or not.
If ny sugar free safe option is available please let me know, I should continue with Gasex syrup or needs to change.

Second don't take gasex syrup instead of syrup take gasex tablet. Because gasex syrup contain sugar and it will increase your sugar level.

Got ur concern just for test u might popped 75gmnof glucose n ur dr noted+ve GTT, mean possibilities of u being Gestational Diabetes it demands special care so honour it latter on reverse now can also be taken charges but on examination not by just Q so continue monitoring needed, growth n development of foetus also to be monitored

You can avoid sugar based syrups, can use ajwain seeds boiled water. There are various medicines which are not sugar based. U can take a consultation for medicine prescription. Avoid potato tur, rajma, channa in diet
