Hi I am 12 weeks 4 days pregnant. My Nt scan Anc profile and dual marker test are done recently and the report are all fine. The nasal bone and other organs are seen and in dual marker T21 T18 T 13 and TS non hydrops are low risk. In my Anc profile my homeglobin is just without range i.e 12.4 and RBC count is 4.1. Doctor recommended me to take vivamom, and iron and calcium tablets and one DHA tablet. Alongwith these doctor also prescribed ARG 9 SACHETS AND ecospirin 150 mg. I am worried is it okay to take these medicines and are these medicines given for any defects. Below are the reports for reference
