I am 10 weeks pregnant but from last 2 days i am not feeling any pregnancy symptoms. No bleeding but m worried how to confirm at home that my baby is fine.

Hi. At 10 wks , to only way to see whether preg is going fine is to get an ultrasound done, so consult your gynae and get a ultrasound done.
