Precum leakage
Hey I have been facing the problem of excess transparent sticky fluid coming out in large quantities facing this problem from past 7-8 months now I have very healthy diet+ regular gym going person I dont how to fix this problem is their any cure for this my urine is always cloudy/fomay sticky fluid comes out whenever I am sexually aroused
I mean the fluid does not stop it's keep on leaking in very high volume .

The issue as described by you above is termed as Precum. Some people may also experience semen leakage while asleep or after urination. Some semen may leak out during periods of sexual arousal.
For example, semen leakage may occur during any type of sexual activity or while having sexual thoughts. Leakage may also occur just before or just after ejaculation.
Another fluid, called pre-ejaculatory fluid, may also leak during sexual activity. Pre-ejaculatory fluid is also known as precum.
Semen leakage during certain activities is normal. However, frequent or excessive leakage may cause distress. People who have concerns about semen leakage, or other aspects of sexual functioning, should consult a Sexologist to help them in getting the above issue resolved.
They will then be investigated and prescribe treatments where necessary.
