Sperm comes with full force or less force has no bearing on fertility. Many people unnecessarily give more importance to sperm quantity, force, thickness and thinness etc. If any doubts on your sperm....quality of it can be tested in any lab by SEMEN ANALYSIS. For premature ejaculation you need to retrain with the help of gels and tablets for which you cN contact sexologist.
