I suffer from pre mature ejaculation it lasts for 10 seconds only is there a treatment for it.and the skin on the tip stays like that at the time of errection

Yes.....it is easily treatable in most cases n the 2nd issue is usually a normal phenomenon.....Pls see a good Doctor...
