Hi IMy fasting sugar level was 124 on 21july After 20 days of workout and nutritional diet mine fasting sugar level is 72 after 4 hours of fasting

You must maintain ideal weight , keep exercising, be in sunshine , pickup a hobbey of outdoor sports , eat balanced food . Monitor your blood sugar but do HbA1C once to have a baseline value and act accordingly
