Hi doctor my child (one year old) underwent pre auricular sinus surgery in her ninth month all the wound healed and was fine only the stitches mark is there. Few days back I found some small pimple like bump (2) near the surgical area is There any reason for concern please suggest.

Chance of recurrence is there for pre auricular sinus. So monitoring is important. If required get a physical consultation for proper assessment.
