Hello, A very tiny hole is apparalent near the left ear of my son since birth,  who is 4 years old. 2 days ago something like sac bulging out near this hole and today morning i saw pus coming out from that sac.

This condition is known as Pre-auricular Sinus. It is congenital, ie present since birth. Usually it is on both sides. It requires proper surgery under local anesthesia
