I am in my 42nd day Regularly I am having 28 days cycle my last cycle was on 18th feb,2018 40th day blood test and scan report My hCG blood test level is 509.2 Scan report: Small sac seen inside the decidual reaction Rescan after a week From today evening I saw dark brown stain in my panty Later at night red colour 20% of my panty is wet Is it a problem ?

Take bed rest in some patient it happened again repeat Bhcg and scan also  what ever report you got now bhcg level should be more than that with the advise of doctor start progesterone tablet or injection.
