I missed my period first time but day 1 I have checked but prega kit given negative result. What I need to do (I have 1 daughter 2 year) First day of period -15 feb Due date-16 march Checked date -18 March(prega news)

You can take a repeat urine test for pregnancy or a confirmatory blood test for pregnancy. If both are negative you can consult your doctor and take medication for the period
