It says you have IBS. Infection like Giardia also presents like IBS. Get routine stool examination done. Or Take tab albendazole 400mg once now and once 10days later. For IBS, take small regular meals, avoid excess tea and coffee and fried foods Tab colospa TDS for 5days Tab librax TDS 5days Cap Econorm 250mg BD between 2 meals
