Hello.
The high level of K in blood could be because of the medicine telma or because of increased intake of K in diet.
Telma is a very protective drug and it has many benefits but one disadvantage that it can increase K levels . So whenever we prescribe telma we ask the patients to have a low K diet.
That way we can still use the medicine.
You can also follow a low K diet and recheck you K levels.
