its not always cancerous. but it definitely needs evaluation.. trans vaginal ultrasound and a Pap smear along with the clinical examination is definitely indicated... if everything is normal no further testing needs to be done.

Without examination it is not possible.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus and ovaries.Also biopsy is compulsory.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and take her opinion and suggestion.
