I have posterior nosebleed, how to cure it? If I lie down, blood goes to my throat and little cough brings it out, if I sit it comes out of nose

Commonest cause is nose picking

ice packs application, if bleeding continues to use botroclot drops, if persistent, nasal packing with Vaseline coated gauze packing.

What is your blood pressure level? Otrivin nasal drop 2 drops on both nostrils. Botroclot nasal drops 2drops on both nostrils.
