POSTERIOR INTRAMURAL FIBROID
I have a posterior intramural fibroid which is 9.6x9.8x9 cm but normal menstural cycle with 28-30days. No heavy bleeding or pain or any symptoms detected.We are planning to conceive and rest all reports for pregnancy came normal.
Should I go for surgery before pregnancy or can try pregnancy and opt for surgery as it might affect uterus for conceiving ?

You have got a huge fibroid, about half kg. It is better to get it removed first and then plan your pregnancy.
If you don't succeed in natural conception and have to go for IVF then you will need heavy doses of hormones. Then this fibroid will grow in size and become unmanageable.
So myomectomy first, pregnancy later.
