Well balanced home made high fibre diet, small meals with limited portions, drinking lots of water around 10 to 12 glasses or as per outside climatic conditions, chew food well and eat slowly, regular eating habits, intermittent fasting , low GI based complex nature carbohydrates, moderate consumption of plant proteins, consume lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole cereal grains, whole pulses , legumes, and also consume sprouts of green gram , Bengal gram etc , daily in the mid - morning time, consume lots of leafy greens day in the form of salad or soups home made only...take small meals with proper meal gaps, good sleep etc are all essential..
Note:- Do avoid / stop outside foods, no roots and tuber vegetables, no large meals, no fasting or feasting, no binging, no nibbling in between meals with junk or fast foods, no sleeping immediately after any meals, no to sedentary lifestyle, no stress, avoid spicy, tangy, masala , over salty , deep fried, over fried, no to baked foods , no cooking in oven etc...
