I am experiencing stomach ache and frequent need to defecate for a few days after I started doing some abs and belly workout. My question is, is this condition normal? If yes, how long will it last and what medicine or diet do I need for this. Please know that previously had gastric issues and acid reflux too. But with proper diet and yoga I am much better now. Yet for some days right after the abs workout I am facing stomach upset.
