Post Vit-D3 supplement uptake period
Myself , Farhan , remained under strong Vit-D supplement ( Uprise D3 capsule ) dosage for 3 months according to my doctor guidance..I completed my course.
1) What will happen to my Vit-D level after permanent withdrawal of this course..???
2 ) Will the Vit-D level relapse to pre-medicated level..???
Plzz answer me..!!!
1. You need to check your Vit. D levels again post course completion with a blood test.
2. Vit D. Levels may relapse to pre-medicated levels. This variable and depends on patient to patient. You need to recheck the levels annually and may need resupplementation if the levels are inadequate
