I had left ear tympinoplasty type 1,  2.5 months back. Now i am working in IT office work. Do i need to put the cotton in the operated ear all times as in office Ac is on. Or when to use, when in travel? I still don't feel the ear as normal as the other ear. Please help..

No need to use cotton. Avoid putting anything into ears, cleaning ears, avoid water entry to ears. If you have any cold, get treatment immediately.
