Good morning sir My self Shashikant  I had suffered from Stroke 3rd time . Still recovering. Not able to talk clearly I want to know that may I use himalaya mentat syrup for speech recovery it has been past 8th month still not able to talk properly . Or refer me any other medicine for the same Thanking you Shashi

Hi... For speech u can use other drugs like donepezil, galantamine that may help. Speech therapy also helps Don't know about hemalaya mental syrup as it seems ayurvedic??? Don't know.. But u require to consult
