Hi,
Path to recovery is very difficult and what important is support from family constantly which will help her regain back her normal life routine.
The support means here is the constant push you as family members have to give it to her by :
1. Take several breaks throughout the day to stretch and walk.
2. Do your regular household chores at a brisker pace.
3. Take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator.
4. Take Time to Relax. From meditation to deep breathing exercises, there are a number of techniques to help relax your mind.
5. Eat more foods that have whole grains.
6. Add a variety of fruits and vegetables.
7. Cut down on
sugar and salt (sodium).
8. Limit high-fat foods, like red meat, cheese and baked goods.
9. Lower the amount of bad fats in your diet, like saturated and trans fats. They are more likely to be solid at room temperature, like butter and shortening.
10. Swap bad fats for monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. These are more likely to be liquid at room temperature.
Next Steps
