Hi, three year post kidney transplant (uric acid increased 10.2). cbc, urine routine normal, bp normal. Cretnine stable around 2.08 since transplant. Iga nephropathy diagnosed before and after transplant.

Hyperuricemia in this case 1) Diet modification : Low purine diet: Avoid red meat, organ meat, seafood, alcohol, Sugary drinks 2 ) Some Medicines do cause hyperuricemia. 3) Keep hydrated. 4)Avoid Nephrotic drugs and OTC medicine . 5) Consult Nephrologist in case .
