Post herpes pain since last 1 year

I an suffering from post herpes since last 1 year. The major issue was recovered within 1 month ( feb- April 2019) but after that the rashes and pimples didn't healed up and it is painfull too...please recommend a treatment which I can follow at home to recover from this problem
