Recently I had laser surgery for grade third piles but I still feel a lump on the right side of anus. Why is it so? And how long will it take to heal? It hurts while defecating.

If it's out side the Anal Canal it's the skin swelling for which laser  is not done normally.  If it's inside then it will resolve in 2 weeks. If it's painful then see ur Doctor.
