Hi Dr.. I have delivered twins via c-section and it's been 2 months.. I now noticed there is skin lump kind protruding from my anus and is painful when I pass my stool..I also have constipation..there is no other symptoms.. I noticed there is another Small lump beside it now.. Is this piles? If yes what are the treatment options available as I am breastfeeding..

it is not piles but called as anal fissure. this is the result of ur constipation. drink 4 to 5 litters of water and take Kayam churna tablets 2 tabs at night. that will releive ur problems

As it is only 2 months we can’t operate piles as it is likely to regress by medication
Next Steps
Take Tablet Pilex 2 Tablet twice a day for 15 days Take syrup Cremaffin 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of water for 2 weeks Local application of Osil ointment per rectum three times a day before and after defecation and after bedtime.
Health Tips
Take 3 oranges daily Take Tablet Daflon 500 once at bedtime daily for three months
