It has been 50 days since covid, my thigh muscles feels tired all the time and mostly after waking up in the morning. I still have little cough and sore throat. I am taking b complex vitamin and done with the course of montekulast and Cetrazine. What should I do

Relax...this is ur post covid symptoms which will last for 3-4 months.Meanwhile start doing exercise and eating healthy foods which will increase ur muscle power and immunity.This all will help u thats it
