Post covid complications
After recover of covid, he is feeling tiredness and red eyes with some itching when he done some physical work at his work place. He had mild symptoms when he was positive. So he had taken only vitamin tablet zinc and C.

Post covid weakness lingers for about 1-2 months and with proper care and medication these symptoms would subside eventually.
Continue taking multivitamin, proper rest.
Check SpO2, temp, BP, sugar. If all within normal limits without associated high grade fever, breathlessness, cough, vomiting, diaarhoe, then nothing to worry about.
