Post covid and symptoms

My brother in infected from covid and now he recovered and his report is negetive,he has bronchial ashtma also and taking medicine .After covid recovery  now he is feeling very much tiredness, weakness, cough,fever some times,feeling in chest like niddle pitch some second,his d dimer is normal but his crp is 6.58 .😢.What to do..Can we go to admit him hospital or he can easily recovered at home ..Help me out

Check for his SpO2, temp, sugar & respiratory rate daily. If within normal limits then no need to worry. Post covid weakness lingers for about 1 months then eventually recovers. Take medicines as prescribed.
