Hello there, I am a 21 year old female and for about a month and a half now I have been experiencing muscle tension in the TMJ area. It all started when randomley i woke up about a month and a half ago and noticed that my neck was unusally tight on the left side (no trauma). Naturally, I kept trying to massage the muscle to ease the pain and eventually after two weeks it seemed to have dissappeared (stayed like this for an additional week). After the week of no pain, i noticed the neck stiffne
