Hyperinflated lungs paucity of lung markings in keeping with emphysemia and structural dicease. Tiny nodularity is seen in right lung apex overlaying the anterior of first rib. Dad went for scan. Hes 53. Heavy smoker for over 30 years.uses alcohol daily. Lost weight. Coughing. Smokers cough.
