Your message is not clear. If you are paranoid on anything that you feel is bad; could be due to your expectations. Mood swings- is this only with your partner or with others too!!!
Either way I suggest you consult a Counselling Psychologist, who can help you with emotion related issues. If required, the Psychologist might refer you to a Psychiatrist. Take one step at a time. Not worth living with problems as it would further mess your life.
