Positive tb skin test

My tb skin test is positive and in 2014 i was diagnosed with tb and treatment was not proper... i have urine problem now ...mycobacterium and afb for urine is negative. Can tb be the reason of urinary problem. I m done with urine routine and culture, ultrasound everything is fine Please suggest
